Deposits can occasionally fail for a variety of reasons related to your payment method, financial institution or compliance requirements.
Common reasons for a failed deposit include:
- Insufficient funds available on the payment method.
- Incorrect payment or card details entered during the transaction.
- Bank or card issuer security restrictions.
- Payment provider limitations or transaction limits.
- Currency restrictions.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or compliance reviews.
- Temporary technical issues with the payment provider.
If your deposit is declined, we recommend first checking that your payment details are correct and that sufficient funds are available. You may also wish to contact your bank or payment provider to determine whether the transaction was blocked for security reasons.
In many cases, failed deposits do not result in funds being deducted from your account. However, if funds have been debited and your deposit has not been credited to your Kudo trading account, please retain any payment confirmations or transaction references.
If you are unsure why your deposit failed, please contact Kudo Support and provide the ticket number referenced in the email notification you received. Our team will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it as quickly as possible.
