If you have forgotten your Kudo Client Portal password, you can reset it quickly using the Forgot Password option available on the login page.
To reset your password:
1. Navigate to the Kudo Client Portal login page.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Kudo account.
4. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a new password.
If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam, junk or promotions folder. You should also ensure that you are using the same email address that is registered to your Kudo account.
In addition to your Client Portal password, you can also manage and reset your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading account passwords directly within the Kudo Client Portal. This allows you to update your trading account credentials without needing to contact support.
