To open and maintain a Kudo trading account, all clients are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of our regulatory and compliance obligations.
KYC verification helps protect clients, prevent fraud and ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
In most cases, you will be asked to provide:
Proof of Identity

- Driving Licence
Proof of Address
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Government-Issued Correspondence
Liveness Test
- Simple selfie verification
Documents must be valid, clearly visible and generally issued within the required timeframe where applicable.
Depending on your account activity, funding methods or regulatory requirements, Kudo may request additional information or documentation. This could include source of funds information, proof of payment method ownership or enhanced due diligence documents as per our AML policy.
Most identity verification checks are completed electronically, allowing many accounts to be verified quickly. However, verification times may vary if additional reviews are required.
Kudo uses secure verification technology and industry-standard security measures to help protect your personal information throughout the KYC process. Verification must be successfully completed before certain account features, including funding and withdrawals, can be fully activated.
