Before your account can be closed, please ensure that:
- All open trading positions have been closed.
- Any remaining account balance has been withdrawn.
- There are no pending transactions, disputes or ongoing verification requests associated with the account.
Once your request has been received, our team will review the account to confirm that all requirements have been met. If additional information is required to verify your identity or process the request, a member of our team may contact you.
After the review has been completed, your account closure request will be processed and you will receive confirmation once the account has been successfully closed.
Please note that Kudo may retain certain account records and documentation where required to comply with legal, regulatory and compliance obligations, even after an account has been closed.
